The quality management system is structured into four levels as described below. This manual forms one part of the four level quality systems.
The quality management system is established and documented as per the structure given below and implemented and maintained by concerned / relevant personnel. A Process flow chart  & Process interaction matrix defines the various operational processes, sequence and interaction of these processes. Each process / procedures incorporates criteria, methods and control measures to ensure effectiveness of these processes and achieve planned results and continual improvement.
Necessary resources and information is provided to support the operation and monitoring of these processes. Monitoring and measurements to achieve product conformity have been identified and implemented.

M/S TARGET ELECTRICALS shall strive to meet consistently the requirement of all range of customers. This shall be achieved through continual improvement in the quality of incoming material and Training Techniques to the personnel and effective Quality Management System to produce Quality Products
